About Keith Wolf and Winfield Realty

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1981.  I have an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. I am also a State Certified REsidential Appraiser, FHA Approved Appraiser and a Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Before founding Winfield Realty  I was the Chief Residential Appraiser for Household International and Director of Real Estate for Ocwen Federal Bank. During my 14 year career in the Banking Industry I was responsible for all appraisal credit policy development, management, operations and underwriting guidelines for: conventional, sub prime, FHA and loans, loss mitigation,  bank owned (REO), foreclosure, portfolio acquisitions, portfolio monitoring , market studies, REO liquidation, REO auctions, automated valuation modeling and rating agency presentations.

I’ve had several articles published in National Trade Journals on these topics and currently write articles that are published on the internet. You can view these articles at the In The News section of our web site with links to the internet articles. We publish a quarterly Market Trend report with graphs under our Price Trends link on our web site.

Mission Statement

We at Winfield Realty have made the decision to help the you by becoming a Knowledge Resource Center.   We do not claim to have all the answers, but we know where to get them and/or how to get them.  Our web sites are designed to  provide you with need-to-know information or applicable links to that information.

At Winfield Realty we try to keep things into perspective:

  • First we are consumers just like you, and don’t like being taken  advantage of,
  • Second, a home purchase or sale is stressful enough. As a  Realtor we will help you understand the process to  make it less stressful,
  • Finally, we need to add value to the process. This web site is just one of the ways we can add value to the overall process.
